Voice Options Program (Free AAC Devices)
The Voice Options Program is a statewide initiative administered by the California Department of Rehabilitation in partnership with the California Public Utilities Commission. It provides free speech-generating technology (AAC) to eligible Californians who are unable to speak or have difficulty speaking.
UCP San Diego is an authorized provider of the Voice Options Program.
Who Is Eligible?
You may qualify if you:
- Live in California
- Have limited or no functional speech
- Would benefit from a speech-generating device
